The Inner Spaces Retreat

November 1-6 | Málaga, Spain

Return to Yourself

Six days to slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself.

A place where nothing is expected of you.
A place where you don't have to perform.
A place where you can finally exhale.

Together, we'll move, reflect and simply be.

Through daily yoga, guided reflection, nourishing shared meals and time in nature, we'll create space for meaningful conversation, quiet moments and genuine connection—with ourselves and with one another.

There will be time to rest by the pool, wander through nature, read beneath the trees or simply do nothing at all.

My hope is that you leave feeling a little lighter, a little more connected, and with a renewed sense of trust in yourself.

Here, mornings unfold slowly and every corner invites you to pause. Whether you're enjoying a cup of coffee on the terrace, reading by the pool or simply taking in the ever-changing colours of the valley, this is a place designed to help you soften, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself.

About Anna

Anna is the founder of Inner Spaces and a certified yoga teacher based in Amsterdam.

What began as a personal practice has gradually grown into a way of bringing people together. Over the past several years, she has guided yoga classes, hosted community gatherings and worked with private clients, creating spaces where movement, reflection and meaningful connection come together.

Her approach is gentle, grounded and shaped by a belief that we already carry much of what we need within us. Sometimes we simply need the time, space and the right environment to hear ourselves again.

Alongside yoga, Anna is currently completing an ICF-accredited coaching certification and Reiki Level II, continuing to explore practices that support self-awareness, presence and genuine connection. Rather than offering answers, she hopes to create spaces where people feel welcome to explore their own.

Whether through movement, quiet reflection, shared meals or meaningful conversation, her intention is always the same: to create spaces where people feel a little more connected—to themselves, to one another, and to what matters most.
